Why study with us?
A school in the centre of Prague
The school is based in a beautiful historic building on the corner of Štěpánská and Žitná streets, right in the heart of Prague. This means excellent transport links, whether you travel by public transport or by car.
Quality education
We offer a balanced and carefully designed educational programme, preparing children well for further studies. One advantage is the link between the primary school and 1. Slovanské gymnýzium, though the strong standard of primary education you receive here will serve you well even if you choose to continue your secondary studies at any other school.
Professional teachers
At the heart of quality education are teachers, whose high level of professionalism shows not only in their subject knowledge but also in their teaching skills and abilities, and in their empathetic, kind approach to pupils. Akadem Primary School is also linked with 1. Slovanské gymnázium through its staff, with gymnázium teachers often teaching in the higher years of the primary school as well.
We guide children
towards their dreams
We provide children with a well-rounded general education, guiding them to discover their strengths and begin developing their talents, while also preparing them for future challenges and nurturing a lasting desire to learn and grow.
